Meet Master Andy
He doesn’t bring a fixed method. He brings presence, curiosity, and years of practice across many different paths.
Andy is one of the two founding members of Zen Pod Healing Sanctuary in Thailand, where he helps people reduce stress, restore energy, and create lasting change through breathwork, Medical Qigong, movement therapy, and energy healing.
His approach draws on years of study across a range of healing traditions, including Medical Qigong, advanced breathwork, Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, and indigenous healing practices. His training has taken him from White Tiger’s internal cultivation methods to teachings inspired by traditions from Tibet, Japan, South America, and Celtic wisdom, always seeking the common principles that support health, resilience, and personal transformation.
His work is also informed by many years of studying meditation, mindfulness, and the teachings of J. Krishnamurti, cultivating an approach that values awareness, presence, and genuine self-inquiry.
Andy embraces a beginner’s mindset, approaching every person and every session with curiosity rather than fixed beliefs. He believes that true healing comes from listening deeply, remaining open to new understanding, and treating every individual as unique.
At Zen Pod, his focus is simple: to help people reconnect with themselves through the intelligence of the breath, the wisdom of movement, and the body’s innate capacity to heal. Whether supporting someone through stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or simply helping them feel more alive, Andy’s intention is to create a safe, supportive space where lasting transformation can unfold.

Meet Nicklas
He doesn’t force a shape onto the body. He starts with where you actually are, and builds from there.
Nicklas is one of the two founding members of Zen Pod Healing Sanctuary in Thailand, where he helps people rebuild trust in their bodies, restore movement, and create lasting change through breathwork, somatic movement, and mindful body practices.
His approach draws on more than twenty five years of movement, starting in dance at twelve years old and expanding into strength training, balance work, flexibility, endurance, animal movement, yoga, and inversions. What began as performance slowly became something deeper: an investigation into how the body holds memory, how it protects, and how it releases.
His training is also shaped by years of studying somatic practices, breathwork, and the connection between nervous system and movement, always searching for what helps people feel more present, more grounded, and more at home in their own bodies.
Nicklas approaches every person with curiosity, not a fixed routine. He believes real change comes from starting where someone actually is, their body, their limits, their history, and building from there, not from forcing a shape onto them.
At Zen Pod, his focus is simple: to help people feel safe in their body again, and to discover that strength and softness were never opposites. Whether it’s through yoga, animal movement, Qi Gong, lymph activation, flexibility training, or handstands and inversions, Nicklas’s intention is to build not a routine that fades, but a relationship with movement that can last a lifetime.
